We also promise to offer timely, unbiased advice while extending the highest level of integrity and service.

OUR MISSION

OUR PURPOSE

We are a sophisticated and complete financial planning services organization. We provide high-value, cross-disciplinary consultation for our clients, their families, and their businesses. We pursue our role as “advisors” with a high degree of integrity, skill, and knowledge – accessing expertise with efficient systems, processes, and creative ideas to deliver a lasting experience.

Ethical & Responsible: We operate ethically and with integrity, respect, and civility as individuals and take personal responsibility for our own actions at all times.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

PROCESS How to become a client

Discovery: We will meet with any prospective client free of charge to evaluate their unique situation and determine whether or not we can be of help and that we are a good fit working together. Once we gather all of the information we present a specific plan of action to assist our clients. When you choose to work with us based on this plan, we then move to the next phase of planning.

Implementation: This phase begins the actual work of making your personalized plan a reality. You start by signing a consulting agreement that is annually renewable. When we do what we say we will do, you then continue our relationship on a yearly basis by renewing your consulting agreement. During this phase of planning, we will methodically address all of your financial planning issues and work to address all phases of your planning needs.

Evaluation: The final phase of planning includes an ongoing continual monitoring of your financial plan. This includes continued surveillance of your current situation, future horizons, family goals, and your feelings about the market. We have specific agreed upon scheduled meetings throughout the year at a frequency that you decide to address any changes in your situation and to adjust your plan accordingly. Additionally we will meet with you anytime during the year that you request to ensure that you are comfortable with your integrated financial plan. When you entrust us with your financial future, we strive to make your life worry-free.

CLIENT ABSOLUTES Promises to our clients

  • Client phone calls and emails are always returned no later than noon on the following business day.
  • We customize a communication plan each year for every client that describes what, when, how, and why we communicate.
  • We act as a sounding board or second opinion on financial matters to clients’ family and friends for free and without an expectation of becoming a client.
